1. FIND YOUR PRODUCTS
Just like in a real seafood market, you will need to determine the items you want first. You can find them by browsing through the categories.
2. SELECTING YOUR PRODUCTS
When you see a product that you want to buy, select the weight of seafood you would like to purchase then click on the Add to Cart button. This product will then be added to your virtual Shopping Cart. If you want to see the details of your Shopping Cart.
If you wish to buy more than one of the same product, simply click the Add to Cart button again and the website will add another product to your Shopping Cart.
3. CHECKING OUT
When you have finished your shopping, you need to go to "Checkout". You can checkout by clicking on the Checkoutbutton on the top right of the page
After clicking the Checkout button, you will see the Shopping Summary page. This page shows you all the items you have selected including their quantities and price. If you need to adjust the quantities of some products, you can do so by just changing the quantity number of each row. The price will then update automatically.
If you have all your products and would like to proceed, click on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
4. ENTER YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS
On the next page, you will be asked if you are an existing customer or a new customer. If you are an existing customer, you will have a password and you can just login by entering your email address and your password. The website will then identify you and show your delivery address from your previous session and you won’t have to enter it again.
If you are new to Malu.lk, you will need to register an account with us. You can also choose a password, so that your next shopping experience with us will be quicker.
5. CHOOSING YOUR DELIVERY METHOD
After you have clicked on "Continue", you will be directed to the Delivery Method page. On this page you can select the delivery method you prefer ie Malu.lk Delivery or Self-Pickup from office.
After you have selected your preferred delivery method, select the date and you can click on "Continue".
We want to make this delivery service as convenient as possible for you. But of course, we also have to ensure that people don't abuse our good efforts. For example, if you make a delivery booking with us, you must try to keep it, or at least call us to re-schedule the delivery.
6. PAYMENT METHOD
After you have selected your Delivery method, you will be asked to select your preferred Payment method. For the time being we only have EZ cash or M cash payment method but in the coming weeks we will be be accepting online bank transfers and online credit card payments
7. CONFIRM ORDER
After you have selected your payment method, agree to the Terms & Conditions of our store & click on 'Continue' to confirm your order. Once you confirm your order, your order will be processed.
